I'm passionate, compassionate, and broad-minded. As a life explorer, I'm always in search of the truth and strive to learn through my own experiences, which has been both amazing and extremely challenging. My primary motto is 'Never stop exploring.' Having been born in Poland, I have spent majority of my adult life abroad, primarily in the United States, Thailand, and India. I have recently returned to Europe.

My passion lies in sharing, caring and promoting a holistic approach to life, focusing on deep awareness, healing, authenticity, and open-heartedness.

By returning to your breath and body, you can experience joyful bliss, compassion,

and a stronger connection with yourself and others. Become the creator of your own reality by calming your mind and opening your heart for wholesome development.

My motto: Be yourself, be authentic, and reconnect with the Rhythm of Nature.

This integrative holistic approach works on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of our well-being. It has taken me over 14 years of exploration, study, practice, teaching and personal healing to deeply understand the complexity and uniqueness of human nature.

My goal is to share holistic tools and ways of living that have helped me regain wholeness

and reconnect with my true self and the natural rhythms of nature.

Throughout my journey, I've explored India, Thailand, and Western countries, seeking answers and adding pieces and depths to my practice.

My recent five months in India completed the puzzle, leading me to focus on breathwork, Pranayama, meditation, yoga, nutrition, Yoga Nidra and sound healing.During my sessions, whether private or in groups, I share holistic techniques to help others reconnect with their true selves and navigate life’s challenges.

By being present and conscious in our actions, we can achieve balance and harmony

with ourselves and the world around us hence achieving inner peace and strength.
