My intention is to assist others to bring out their unique potentials, and rediscover their true nature that they were born with through practice of Pranayama. Through this practice, individuals can achieve: -Uncovering and releasing deep-seated emotional conflicts or traumas held in the body, which may manifest as physical pain, eating disorders, insomnia, depression, anxiety, stress, family conflicts, trauma, and psychosomatic diseases.
-Alleviating imbalances between mind, body, and soul, guiding individuals back to their true joyful selves. -Learning self-healing from within through yoga, breath work, deep relaxation, self-awareness, acceptance, and forgiveness.
With years of experience in teaching, practicing, and studying Yoga and my specialty Pranayama, my
mission is to share a holistic approach to everyday life.
I aim to impart practices that lend to healing, harmony,
and fluidity in life, navigate challenges in a calm and
authentic manner.
My practices are based on a deep understanding of
the needs of the mind, body and soul, as well as a
creative approach to personal development.
My journey began 14 years ago on Koh Phangan in
Thailand. Since then I have been gaining knowledge
and experience worldwide, especially in India, Thailand and USA.
My practices are based on Conscious Breathing,
Asanas, Sound and Meditation, to reconnect with your
authentic self. This leads to a deeper relationship with
oneself, bringing peace, awareness, and connection
with other people and nature. As a long-time
practitioner of yoga and pranayama, my professional
goals include sharing this knowledge and experience
with others to help them find peace, harmony, and
authenticity in their lives. I also incorporate the 5
Elements Forms, which is a part of ancient Anahata
Yoga from North East India, as well as Yoga Nidra and
introducing yoga and meditation to children.
